Xicaru Silver 102 Proof Mezcal

Xicaru Silver 102 is made with agave Espadin by mezcalero Fernando Santibanez in Santiago Matatlan. Xicaru Silver 102° differs from Xicaru Silver in the way it is distilled. Fernando selects a smaller cut from the heart of the distillate, giving Xicaru Silver 102 a bolder, more robust flavor. This also gives it a higher ABV of 51%.
