Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order. A signature by someone 21 or older is required upon delivery. By placing an order, you confirm that you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local and state laws regarding the purchase and delivery of alcohol.
Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST or during weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Engraved or personalized items require an additional 1–2 business days for processing.

Product-specific processing times are listed on each product page.

Due to high demand, inventory levels may vary. If we cannot fulfill an item, we’ll issue a refund or contact you regarding the delay.
Shipping & Delivery

CountrySips and affiliated retailers ship Monday through Friday.

Saturday delivery is not guaranteed, but may occur for residential ground shipments.

Free ground shipping does not come with a guaranteed delivery date. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend upgrading to an expedited method.

Once an order ships, you will receive email tracking updates.

Orders cannot be delivered to:

P.O. Boxes

Military bases

UPS/FedEx stores, mailboxes, or third-party shipping centers

UPS/FedEx typically makes up to 3 delivery attempts. If undelivered, the package may be held at a nearby facility for pickup.

If you purchase Shipping Protection at checkout, you are eligible for:

Replacements or store credit for items damaged in transit

Claims on lost or stolen shipments, including those marked "delivered" but not received

Full coverage including product value + shipping cost
To qualify, you must:

Submit a claim with photos and order details within 5 days of delivery

Understand that minor damage, label imperfections, or cork leakage due to temperature change are not covered
