Send a bottle that is not damaged. Make sure its not damaged before sending it;respond to the customer and make the situation right after send a broken bottle.
The UPS driver left a note on my door because I was away and it required an adult signature. I went to their website to say to deliver it to a business address. I was notified by email that it was delivered a week ago. I went to the store three times and they said it never was really delivered there.

Your communications were timely and shipping was prompt. This gin is hard to find and your price was fair. An independent taste tester found this in Wales and pronounced it the best. Thank you, we will be back. On the other hand, please never use UPS again. They missed three delivery commitments and followed up on none of them. They have no interest in Customer Service. And then it reflects badly on you as well.

Processing and shipping needs improvement, I placed my order on May 19 around noon , it didn’t process the shipping label till the following day May 20, then was dropped off at UPS after their pickup at 4p, UPS picked up the package on May21, I paid for next day air which was about $70, in order for me to have the product with me for my trip, I went as far as adjusting my departure to a later time on May 22, in the hopes that it would arrive that day. UPS did not attempt delivery till May23. Unfortunately I was out of town when the attempted delivery then had to arrange package pickup at a local store when I returned which was a huge hassle.

I love this blend of whiskey. The cost where I live in is $50 more.. if I can even find any. Very pleased with my order and extremely impressed with the packaging... No way any damage could happen to the bottles!! Will most definitely be purchasing from here again 👍
They was broken and made a mess when I opened it
Bought this as a gift for our friend Adam. Can't wait to give it to him! It is very large, and we are transporting to Europe, but the packaging was excellent.
The bottle was packed very well so no issues with damage. It was shipped quickly so no long wait time. It is one of the few that will ship to Tennessee.
The top came off of the cork. The first thing I thought was, “is this a real bottle of Fortaleza.” Then I thought, “how old is this bottle.” I will say that bottle was packed securely, and it arrived fairly quickly. When you pay >50% over retail, you expect everything to be right.
Very unclear on delivery timing when ordered. I chose 3-day shipping thinking it would arrive by Jan 14-15 for the recipients birthday. It arrived 1/22 in a very damaged box. Other retailers were very clear on shipping times and I went with your company as I thought it would be faster. Wasted extra money on shipping and felt embarrassed that a 50th bday gift arrived a week late.
