Refund policy
Our policy at CountrySips.com is that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except in the case of accidental orders. If you make an accidental order, please email us immediately to request a refund. Any refund requests made after this immediate email will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
We take great care to ensure that your order is packaged safely and arrives in good condition, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. We package all orders in durable boxes and cushion them with layers of foam, but it is up to the customer to choose whether or not to add shipping insurance. If you do choose to add insurance and your order is damaged in transit, you may file a claim for a refund or resend.
Orders containing irregularly-shaped bottles or original packaging from the manufacturer may be packed differently, but we always use our sound business judgment to ensure that they are securely packaged.
Finally, during times of extreme weather conditions such as snowstorms or extreme heat, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any special requests to hold or postpone their order.
