Meet Monkey Shoulder, the world’s first triple-malt Scotch. A labor of love by legendary Malt Master David Stewart, this cheeky blended whisky is actually a marriage of three of Speyside’s finest single malts.
For each batch, 27 casks are hand selected by malt masters David Stewart and Brian Kinsman. These precious liquids are then blended together in a marrying tun before maturing in first fill Bourbon casks. The resulting liquid is a smooth, rich, 100% malt Scotch whisky celebrated for its unique identity and wonderfully malleable tasting notes.
And while we can’t reveal the specifics of Monkey Shoulder’s recipe, we can promise that it’s a whisky rooted in authenticity yet blended for the next generation of drinkers.
