La Fée Blanche is a clear French absinthe distilled with wormwood, anise, fennel and other botanicals. Its blanche style brings an herbal profile and a naturally soft sweetness.

Adding three to four parts iced water opens the aromas and turns the clear spirit milky white, the traditional louche effect.

Anise with light citrus and floral accents when diluted.
