Redbreast Lustau Edition Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey 750 ml

Redbreast Lustau Edition Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey brings the Midleton distillery's pot still style together with the sherry expertise of Bodegas Lustau. Malted and unmalted barley form its distinctive foundation.

Following maturation in bourbon and sherry casks, the whiskey spends a further year in first-fill Lustau Oloroso sherry butts. The finish deepens its dark-fruit and spice character.

Nose:
Prunes, dates, figs, marzipan, toasted oak, and spice.

Palate:
Silky and richly spiced, with sherry and Spanish oak.

Finish:
Long, with sweet spice and lingering Oloroso oak.

Perfect For:

• Sipping neat or with a little water
• Exploring sherry-influenced Irish whiskey
