Forty Creek Confederation Oak Reserve Canadian Whisky 750 ml

Forty Creek Confederation Oak Reserve Canadian Whisky brings Canadian oak into the center of the maturation story. Three individually aged grain whiskies are married before spending up to two further years in Canadian oak barrels.

The resulting blend layers fruit and sweetness over a full-bodied palate. Serve neat or over a large ice cube to explore its changing character.

Nose:
Maple, raisins, vanilla, figs, honeyed nuts, and orange blossom.

Palate:
Vanilla, buttercream, pepper, oak, walnut, and a smoky accent.

Finish:
Long, with fading spice and white pepper.

Perfect For:

• Exploring Canadian oak maturation
• Sipping neat or over ice
